Facilitating Consultant

A Facilitating Consultant is responsible for in-room delivery of our content. This includes courses like Power Positioning and Power Messaging, as well as keynotes, such as Power of Story. We are not looking for a trainer for this position, though prior experience as a trainer is not a negative. What we're seeking is a person who is eager to take on the demands and expectations of a consulting position.

Additionally, you need to

  • Work well in a high-intensity environment, both alone and as part of a team
  • Be a natural storyteller
  • Have a background in either Marketing or Sales
  • Be willing to travel weekly

You can live anywhere in the U.S., and you will report into the VP of Strategic Consulting. Existing fans of the work will have a leg up on everyone else, though we're open to talking to anyone who can do the job at a high-level. Please send inquiries to jobs@corpv.com.

Content Consultant

The Content Consultant is responsible for capturing the discussion and messaging created during a Power Positioning, or other message creation, event. This is not a 'scribe' or notetaker type of a job. A Content Consultant works as an equal with the Facilitating Consultant to shape the client story. This person is accountable for all post-event revision cycles with the client and for producing all associated high-quality deliverables.

Additionally, you need to

  • Work well in a high-intensity environment, both alone and as part of a team
  • Be able to write clean, concise, grammatically correct copy, positioned from the customer's point of view, that is free of jargon, marketing-speak, and hyperbole
  • Adhere to the CVI format for copywriting and content creation
  • See beyond what's on the page, understand the "why" behind the "what," and be curious about the subject matter—both in the room and post-workshop
  • Be willing to travel up to two weeks a month
